1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bk8rp Philippines Gaming Corporation ("bk8rp," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the bk8rp online gaming platform, accessible at https://bk8rp.lat and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any gaming activities offered through bk8rp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the bk8rp Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an account and participate in gaming activities on the bk8rp Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry or be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online gaming activities.

bk8rp operates in alignment with guidelines established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and adheres to responsible gaming standards applicable to the Philippine online gaming industry. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Account Creation and Accuracy

When registering an account on bk8rp, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update your details promptly if any changes occur.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the bk8rp Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bk8rp reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without notice and to forfeit any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk8rp account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must notify bk8rp immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. bk8rp shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bk8rp accepts deposits through a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other accredited Philippine banks, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at bk8rp's discretion.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though in some cases processing may take several minutes depending on the payment provider. bk8rp does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges, for which bk8rp is not responsible.

3.3 Withdrawal Requests and Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and any additional documentation that bk8rp may reasonably request.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours after verification is complete, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests. bk8rp reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or appear suspicious in nature.

3.4 Prohibition of Money Laundering

bk8rp strictly prohibits the use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All transactions are monitored, and bk8rp reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Any Player found to be engaging in fraudulent activity will have their account permanently closed, and all funds may be confiscated.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Promotional Terms

bk8rp offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any promotion you participate in.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by bk8rp are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) before you are eligible to withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the promotional terms.

For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place a total of ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain other games may contribute less or not at all. Full contribution percentages are listed in the terms of each promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

bk8rp reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or forfeit bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, using irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other conduct that bk8rp deems to be in bad faith or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

5.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

bk8rp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all Players. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Cooling-Off Periods

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts through the responsible gaming settings in their account dashboard. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a period of 72 hours, giving you time to reconsider. Players may also request a cooling-off period of up to 30 days, during which their account will be temporarily suspended.

5.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem or wish to take a break from gaming, you may request self-exclusion from the bk8rp Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration selected and can be made by contacting our support team.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generators

All games offered on the bk8rp Platform, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. RNG software is regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies to verify compliance with international fairness standards.

6.2 Game-Specific Rules

Each game on the bk8rp Platform has its own specific rules, payout structures, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages, which are accessible through the game information or help section within each game. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

6.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or any technical issue that affects the outcome of a game, bk8rp reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund stakes. This provision applies to all games across the Platform, including slots, live dealer games, and sports betting.

7. Prohibited Activities

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the bk8rp Platform:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any other software designed to manipulate gameplay or outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Using VPN or proxy services to mask your true location or to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Making chargebacks, disputing legitimate tran sactions, or attempting to reverse payments through banks or payment processors without legitimate cause.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward bk8rp staff or other Players.

Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed. bk8rp reserves the right to confiscate any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with such activities and to report illegal conduct to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk8rp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and audio-visual materials, is the property of bk8rp or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written permission of bk8rp. Unauthorized use of bk8rp's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk8rp and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bk8rp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bk8rp's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your bk8rp account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, bk8rp's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the bk8rp Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact bk8rp customer support in writing and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

10.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the bk8rp Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

bk8rp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee).

In the event of account termination for cause, bk8rp reserves the right to forfeit any funds, bonuses, or winnings in your account. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be refunded to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the bk8rp Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 13. Amendments to Terms

bk8rp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and bk8rp regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
